Learning to play a musical instrument has many benefits: Increased self awareness, body awareness, and slowing down the racing mind and noticing what arises in the present moment. I can teach you all of these things, whether you are an absolute beginner or have been playing for many years.
I can also teach you specific methods for how to improve your technique so you can play your favorite songs and learn to express yourself more fully on your instrument.
I teach acoustic and electric guitar, ukulele, bass, beginner level piano, and music theory. I teach in person lessons in Denver, and also virtually via zoom.
I also do healing work, including energy healing, through my practice Embodied Integrative Healing.
